Fashion Games on FB

Hello New World,

Are you bored?

I am

As everyone knows, I am not big on FaceBook. In fact, FB reminds me to post, because it is usually a while since my last post. Well, anyway, I love my Sims. That is the game I normally play, when I am bored. However, it takes the game forever to load.

So what do you do when you are strapped for time? Play an FB game!

What?!

Yeah, FB has an assortment of games. Some kind of silly and some actually catch the eye. My boss hooked me on to two games. One is called Fashion Designer. It allows the user to design different dresses and the FB community votes on your design. It is pretty cool. Another game is called Fashion Week Live. This game allows the user to be a stylist, and create new looks. So, if you are ever bored, check out FB.

PhotoShop World Review

Hello New World,

I’m back in DC!

Where have I been, you ask?

Good question. I was in Orlando.

I was blessed enough to be able to attend PhotoShop World. PhotoShop World is a semiannual conference that normally takes place in Orlando and Las Vegas. It teaches individuals various photography, graphic design, and coding skills. The conference normally last for three days, and usually has a set of preconference prior to

Joel Grimes ask the class to figure out what direction, in photography, would you like to take, gain your focus, and market yourself effectively.

It helped me to regain my focus. Frank Doorhof’s styling class was extremely beneficial. Did you know that you can take a lace thigh high and turn it into a mask for a model? The results look very similar to Alexander McQueen’s spring show. I sooooo desperately needed this. Also, I was psyched that I got Scott Kelby’s autograph, and a hug from Frank Doorhof. That was one of the highlights in my life! I will say that, unfortunately, I did not get a chance to take a lot of pictures. I was running back and forth. I did a timeshare presentation, cause I have to get my cheaper Universal Studios ticket, and I was able to do a lot of shopping. Last year, during PhotoShop World, I did a lot of shopping for gear, this time, it was personal. I was able to hit the Outlet Mall, in Orlando. I went to the Nike Outlet, and I found a pair of green and gray Nike Cross trainers.

I bought one of their night gowns, which looks very similar to an extra tall V Neck Tee, and used it as a dress for my leggings. Now, I just need to find a belt! I even got in some time at Universal Studios. I am such an adrenaline junkie. The first ride I got on, as soon as I to the theme park was The Hulk. There are no words that describe what I felt. It was AWESOME! So, I time there was very fun. I had a blast! Hopefully, I will go again, next year.

Update on ME!

Good Morning New World,

_DSC8312I am SUCH A HOLE! I have not talked to you in such a long time, and I do apologize for that. I do have news for you, though. After almost 3 years without a job, finally GOT A JOB! The staff’s very friendly, so needless to say, I have been working very hard. Also, I graduated from University of Phoenix. I, now, have my Bachelor’s Degree. I am hoping that this frees up some of my time. I want to go back to blogging.

_DSC8275Well, I have not been doing any real photography. I know, once again, a hole, but hey, what can I say? The reason for that is that, in September, I will be taking classes at the Washington School of Photography. I did not want to burn myself out. I did get to see a few things _DSC8123though. I went up to NYC, to do Couture Fashion Week. It was awesome! Better yet, here are the shots.

With that being said, I will keep in touch more often.
